If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible.  Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time may incur a charge.

Our office will complete and submit dental insurance forms to the company to achive maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled and will work diligently to make this happen as quickly as possible.
